Terms of Service


1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of Flash Party Photo Booth ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms outlined herein, you may not access or use our services.

2. Services

Flash Party Photo Booth provides event-based photo booth rental and content creation services, including but not limited to:

  • Rental of photo booth equipment
  • Provision of props
  • Creation of digital content
  • Data collection
  • On-site printing of photos

All services are subject to availability and confirmed booking.

3. Booking and Payment

To secure our services, a non-refundable 25% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 5–7 days prior to the event date.

Payment

We accept payment via Credit Card, Zelle, Venmo, and Check. Failure to make timely payments may result in cancellation of services.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 14 days prior to the event date. Cancellations made after this period may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Refunds

Refunds are only provided if cancellations are made within the specified timeframe. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made after this period.

5. Liability

Equipment Damage

The client is responsible for any damage caused to photo booth equipment during the rental period.

Safety

Flash Party Photo Booth is not liable for injuries sustained while using the photo booth or props. Clients are responsible for ensuring guest safety.

Indemnification

The client agrees to indemnify and hold Flash Party Photo Booth harmless against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the use of our services.

6. Use of Content

Ownership

Flash Party Photo Booth retains ownership of all digital content created during the rental period. Content may be used for marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

License

Clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use digital content for personal or promotional purposes.

Distribution

Clients may not resell or distribute digital content for commercial resale without prior written consent.

7. SMS Communications

By providing your phone number through our website forms or during booking, you consent to receive SMS (text) messages from Flash Party Photo Booth regarding:

  • Event inquiries
  • Booking confirmations
  • Event reminders
  • Service updates
  • Occasional promotional offers

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with our services. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message. After sending STOP, you will receive confirmation of your unsubscribe status and will no longer receive SMS messages.

8. User Eligibility

Our services are intended for individuals who are at least 18 years of age. By using our website or submitting your information, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.

If you are under 18, please do not submit personal information through our website.

9. Privacy

We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. For details regarding data collection, use, and protection practices, please review our Privacy Policy available on our website.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of text messaging services necessary to deliver SMS communications.

10. Modifications

Flash Party Photo Booth reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be effective immediately upon posting.

11. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between the parties concerning the services provided.
