ABOUT THIS PROJECT

At VeeamON 2026, Veeam’s flagship conference for professionals in IT, data, cybersecurity, and technology, we delivered a custom AI Photo Booth activation designed to create a more engaging and personalized attendee experience. Guests could choose from three distinct AI concepts, including professional headshots, boxing-inspired portraits, and beach-themed images. Sponsor branding was incorporated throughout the activation, from custom photo overlays and physical booth branding to the digital landing page where guests received their images. Across the event, the experience generated 117 completed AI photos, demonstrating strong participation across the different concepts and creating a memorable branded touchpoint within the conference.
