ABOUT THIS PROJECT

For an annual company holiday party hosted at Globe Life Stadium in Texas, we created a baseball-themed activation designed to engage over 1,000 attendees, many traveling from out of state. The experience featured two high-capacity stations where guests were transformed into personalized baseball trading cards, complete with their names and signatures for an authentic, collectible feel. In just four hours, we produced over 700 custom cards, delivering a seamless, high-volume experience. The activation combined scale, personalization, and thematic storytelling to create a memorable highlight of the event that guests could take home and share.
